Candy's Estate Sales  offers services to completely liquidate the contents of your home, garage, attic, surrounding buildings, and even your business. We do everything possible to make your estate sale a success. Our employees have many years combined experience in estate sales and retail markets and are ready to handle every aspect of your estate sale, including: set-up and  staging, identifying and pricing collectibles, conducting a sale, and clean-up of the estate..

  • Total estate liquidation via a Tag Sale.  The sale is held in the home, garage, surrounding buildings, or business. Candy's Estate Sales takes the stress and worry off the family and handles all aspects of set-up, arrangement/staging, and research and pricing of all items within the sale.
  • Full accountability and disclosure in accounting for the estate sale. All sales are written on in sales books. You will get a copy of every sale page. ALL sales are written down and accounted for.
  • Security  There is someone checking receipts at the front door at all times.
  • Advertising  We advertise in local papers, several online websites, and signs. Emails will also be sent to regular and potential buyers. NO extra costs for advertising.
  • Total Clean Up.  We offer you a choice of total clean up after the sale. Remaining items can be left in the house or we will do a total clean-up. All remaining items will be donated and a donation receipt will be provided.
  • No Up front Costs! Our fees are based on a percentage of items to be sold. The percentage is determined at initial consultation. All fees will be deducted from the proceeds of the sale, so there are no up front costs or deposits.
  • We offer our estate liquidation services to all of the Greater Houston areas.
